- Hmmm.....I had a prob with getting my 33.6 to respond immediately
- after installation.....called Tech Support and had to wait nearly 20
- minutes at my expense (Hiss!) but when they did answer they solved my
- prob in less than 2 minuets: a comm port conflict...had to disable
- com2 so the modem could become com2.
- After that it was clear sailing. I've crappy phonelines yet
- consistently get 26.4 to 28.8 connects and around 3.3 transfers.
- Can't help but think most probs are related to computer configurations
- and not specifically the modem.
- Hopefully someone here will be able to offer you some specific
- answers.
